Hams — Privacy Policy
The short version: Hams collects nothing, transmits nothing, and tracks nothing.
The app does not request the Internet permission — it is technically incapable of sending data anywhere.
Data collection
Hams collects no personal data, no usage data, and no identifiers. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs that communicate over a network.
Location
Prayer times depend on your geographic position. If you grant the optional coarse-location permission, your approximate location is read from the watch and used entirely on-device to calculate prayer times. Alternatively, you can select a city from the app's built-in offline list and never grant location access at all. In both cases the location never leaves your watch — the app has no Internet permission, so transmission is impossible by construction, not merely by promise.
Notifications
The notification permission is used solely to display prayer alerts and silent alarms on your watch. Nothing is sent to any server.
Data storage
Your settings (calculation method, alert preferences, chosen location, alarms) are stored locally on the watch and are removed when you uninstall the app. No copy exists anywhere else.
Children
Hams is not directed at children. Since the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.
Changes
If a future version ever changes any of the above — for example an optional online feature — this policy will be updated first, and the change will be visible in the app's permission list on Google Play.
